Drawing inspiration from the nostalgia of antique pieces, Ghanaian artist Eva Asantewa Amakye designs hand carved wood creations to rekindle those feelings. This sese wood walking stick features an ornate rooster handle and spiraled shaft, painted to resemble walking sticks of the past. Amakye names this Akokonin, which translates into "comb of the cock."
