Harmonious colors come together in this triple-layer chain pendant necklace from Balinese artisan Ketut Sulastri. The longest chain features a sterling silver charm surrounding a cultured freshwater pearl, which sits beneath a green aventurine bead. The middle chain showcases a carnelian gemstone, while the shortest chain has an engraved charm with the word "HOPE." Each pendant hangs from an oxidized sterling silver chain with interspersed peridot gemstones. The chains come together in the back with a lobster claw clasp.

Ketut Sulastri's jewelry incorporates traditional Balinese jewelry designs and contemporary trends. She happily teaches silversmithing to her assistants, and others interested in learning the art, but finds that many younger artisans are more interested in braiding, macrame and non-traditional techniques.

I fell in love with this style, I love the triple chain, the stones used, and the additional detail to the chain. What I wish was a choice is the hope charm, at this price it would be nice to be able to select what you would prefer. I will be changing that charm to something that appeals better to me. The length is also awkward so I have not worn it yet, but I plan to do some changes to have it work better for me. All in all, beautiful, I fell I need love with this necklace so I decided to get it and work around the issues I did not care for,
