Designed by Evelyn Kafui Ahianyo, this chair is known as a "lazy chair" in West Africa, where the comfortable style is enjoyed by everyone from kings to watchmen. The piece is handcrafted of native ofram wood with a jungle and scene and hippopotamus hand-carved in low relief.
